The Process (Steps Slider)

After you’ve reached out, we’ll kick things off with a quick phone call. We’ll chat about your vision, where you’re at in the planning process, and just get to know each other a bit. I’ll also give you the rundown of what it’s like to work with me in detail and answer any initial questions you might have!

02. Crafting the experience

Once you’re officially booked, you’ll receive a questionnaire that dives into your vision, your story, and what you want your experience to feel like. From there, we can work out the details like the location and timeline. I’ll be available to you and checking in throughout the process.

03. Let's get you married!

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll schedule a zoom call or in-person hang if possible to finalize details and make sure you’re feeling 100%. When the day finally arrives, you can rest assured that every detail has been taken care of. All there is to do now is savor every sweet memory.

04. Remember it all

I’ll send sneak peeks within 72 hours while the “just married” feels are still fresh. After that, your full gallery will be available within 6-8 weeks. It will includes an online print-shop and is shareable with friends and family who will also be able to download web-size versions of any memory you choose to share with them.

Yesss, I got you! In all my travels and adventures across the West, I’ve scouted out tons of incredible locations and venues. Whether you’re looking for super accessible, off the beaten path, or the airbnb of your dreams, I can help. Even if I haven’t been there, I’m happy to help with the research and legwork to make sure it’ll suit what you’re looking for.

Where do you travel & what're your expenses?

I’m based in Central Oregon and travel most often to Washington, California, Arizona and Utah. That said, I’ve been all over and am always open when it comes to travel, so don’t hesitate to reach out about a specific destination.

Travel expenses vary by location, but are included in the custom packages that you will receive in your pricing brochure. I keep things transparent and easy with no surprises ever on your end.

How and When will I receive my photos?

I’ll send sneak peeks within 72 hours while the feels are still fresh. The rest of your gallery will be available in an online gallery and print shop within 6-8 weeks for elopements & weddings, and 4-6 weeks for portrait sessions.

How many images will we get?

I send everything I think you’ll love, including the perfectly imperfect. How many images you get will depend on several different variables, including the amount of coverage you have, but you can count on anywhere between 300-500 for most weddings & elopements and 75-100 for portrait sessions.

What if there's bad weather?

A little wind and rain can actually add a ton of character to the images and an extra dose of adventure to the experience. That said, if it’s real intense or proving to be dangerous, I will absolutely be open to re-scheduling.
